| Danny-o03-31-08, 12:51 AM | First off, if this post is in the wrong spot, I apologize. I bought the D&D cartoon series set brand new from a special order from a small dvd/cd shop so I am unable to return it to them. The DVDs are ok, but the book that comes with the set has the pages ripped out of the binding. They are all still stuck together but they are out of the book itself except for the 1st page. Anyway I figured I would contact the dvd maker and ask for a replacement. I look on the back of the box and I see ink and paint dvd with this adress www.inkandpaintdvd.com and I try it,but it takes me to some weird site hosted by godaddy and has nothing to do with the company. I even did a google search and I get a result with the company info but still get the weird site. I was wondering if anyone knows who or where to go to get my book replaced. Thanks! |

| Danny-o03-31-08, 01:18 AM | Well usually I use another forum for info and to help others when things like this happen and always get the help I need. I figured this community would be another good spot to ask since it is (somewhat) related. |

| Mad_Jack03-31-08, 01:34 AM | The same thing happened to mine. The reason that the first (and the last) page didn't come loose is that the last page, with the picture of the shadow demon on it, is glued to the back cover. I'm currently assuming that the pages coming loose are a result of the way they're assembling the books. The last page is glued to the back cover of the book and all the rest of the pages are stapled to that one page, and not to the actual cover of the book. |

| KenJackson03-31-08, 01:58 AM | Well, I am glad (or not) to see that mine wasn't the only book to have the pages out. It looks like this may have been a problem with the bindery Ink and Paint DVD used. Since mine was given as a gift, and I have no receipt, I just assumed there was nothing I could do. And, the DVD's are perfect, which really is the important part (to me at least). |

Then again, it's not as though any of the other booklets that come with other dvd series are all that well-constructed, either. It's really a fairly minor point, of course, since I highly doubt any of us really decided to buy the box specifically because the booklet was in it - you either love the series or ya hate it, lol... |
