Are there such things as FEAT NAME [BACKGROUND]? If you're answering these, don't forget to answer the original questions. 1. Yes. 2. It's an attack roll opposed by your target's attack roll. 3. Yes, I believe so. 4. No. 5. Yes 6. No. 7. A check you make when you see something horrific, like a half orc with a 3 Cha in a thong. 8. Not that I know of.

Is darkness a descriptor? Yes Is darkness an assassin spell? Yes Are monks really proficient with handaxes? yes unless rectified in errata somewhere. What is a sanity check? Check to see if your still sane after a horrible event experience. Found in UA Are there such things as FEAT NAME [BACKGROUND]? Not to my knowledge. Also depends what you mean by background (heritage feats?)
