D&D Groom's Cake [Archive] - Wizards Community

HEY. I'm getting married in a few months.

I need ideas for a D&D groom's cake. So far, I'm going with a grid, miniatures, and a big glass castle off E-bay.

Anybody have any better ideas?

Secondly I’ve always thought it necessary that any food replica of a D&D setting must include at least one Gello cube containing a gold wrapped chocolate coin and one of those plastic cocktail swords.

06-08-05, 12:52 AM It's too bad that the search function doesn't work. There was a thread last year about groom's cakes.

One was a replica of the PHB and another was a battle grid with an action scene. I do love the gelatin cube idea!

This must be present. Get a jumbo version and include extra "items" and have it as a side dish to the cake.

06-08-05, 01:42 AM I'm pretty sure there was a picture of that PHB groom's cake in Dragon. It was really nice looking. You might try asking on paizo's messageboards.
