I may join at the end of the month. Most of my group is moving. I would love to keep going in some adventure. Though, I call ROGUE!

An irc session can have lots of potential - let's hope it lives up to that :)

Excellent :)
We already have one Rogue, possibly, he hasn't fully confirmed that with me yet, but nothing wrong with having two. Specially as both of you could level up your characters in very different ways.
The first session will be on the 29th at 18:00GMT anyway.
I've PMed you with further details

If there's still room, I'd like in. I'm looking to be a RANGER. I can be a wild or wood elf, yes?

How does mirc work? How do I get on?

This is mirc - it's a free online chatclient.
You can find out details of the server and channel if you contact the DM.

This is where you find the FAQ: http://www.mirc.com/ircintro.html

Arrrg, so many people now, windows open, and typing to be done!
right, if you have MSN Messenger add me at owls_to_the_bitter_end@hotmail.co.uk
Jackal XIV i've contacted you regarding all the details, and im guessing gt42 has added my other account to his MSN as I had someone add me today who I didn't know so i'll talk to you when you come online.

As it stands we have
Rogue
Druid
Binder
Ranger (Jackal XIV)
Sorcerer

If this continues to generate the interest it has, I have no problem holding two sessions per week too.

Edit: I've had enough interest via e-mail to be able to confirm 1 gaming group of 5/6 People
And a further 2 people who I am yet to discuss details with, therefore I have decided to host 2 gaming groups per week. Do not hesitate to contact me.

I'd like to join, I'll take any class but I prefer thief, ranger, swashbuckler, optional class, paladin, wizard/magess or sorcerer/ess. ^_^

I hope there's room for me. ;)

I'll mail you and see if you're online on IRC since this thread may be defunct by now.

I'm playing in his game, and all I can say is: the first session was great. A few people dropped out, but we had reserves, and it seems to be a jolly bunch :)

I'll remind Gerinako to check his mail.

ok, my jolly (easily distracted) character is all done and finished... maybe a bit too much on the skill section (but it wasn't minmaxed and there are lots of negative values, it was made for background) hereby presenting Vanilla Green ;)

I've talked it all over with GM. Can't wait to see how things will turn out.

How did ye all earn your first 120/160 xp.? :) I'm starting out on 0, but I'm curious. GM told me that's what you made in the first session.^_^

190/240 as far as I was aware ^^

We smashed some strange plantcreatures, and killed some rats. I made 50 more by falling into a pit and killing a rat there on my own.

I wouldn't know, actually ^^
Considering it died in 1 hit, I doubt it :)

But having a healer sounds good. I lack hitpoints! ^^

Thanks, it seemed like a good idea when I heard the party make-up. There's a druid too I just noticed, so that'll increase our pool of reg. healing.
Fortunately we've got a liberal/kind GM who allows hybrids (I could never start as a lvl. 1 cleric because that would be trading 2 hit points for 24 skill points compared to a lvl. rogue/thief or giving away 4 hit points and 16 skill points compared to a Barbarian).
About the extra points in the skill section (and the other invisible bonuses I've already applied), they're from a healthy rummaging in 'quirks & flaws' just so you know I earned them is all. I haven't listed them but don't we all have secrets?

I'm looking forward to play!

And what is a binder exactly? Sounds exotic to me. :)
What class are you playing specifically?

My class is a binder, and what that is, is for your character to find out later on ^^
