06-12-07, 10:08 PM I have a question about the stats on some of my minis. I don't know if other mini's have this same problem, but Phalanx Fighter and Devotee of the Silver Flame do. On their roleplaying stats, they say that they get +6 on damage but they only have a 16 str. Devotee of the silver flame isn't weilding the weapon two handed, but its +1 so he should get +4 on damage right (+3 str and +1 sword)? And Phalanx Fighter's damage bonus should only be +4 right (+3 str and +1 more because he's weilding it two-handed)? Please help me out!

06-13-07, 09:25 PM Are they both 4th level fighters? If that is the case weapons specialization gives you the other +2 damage. Also check to see if they are using any power attack in those stats.

A note on RPG stats for DDminis, they are only summaries written as concisely as possible. You'll often notice that not all the feats and such as listed and this is because their effects are always on and included in the early stats. If a creature had toughness you wouldn't see it listed but would see a slightly higher hp total than average.

06-14-07, 12:59 PM Ohhhhhhhhhh! They are both 4th level, so they have 6 feats (cuz their human too). Phalanx soldier already has 4 feats, so if he got two more he could get weapon focus and specialization. That would make sense. Yay!! but devotee of the silver flame only has 3 feats, so i guess he just got jipped outta a feat ^^.

06-14-07, 05:20 PM No, the Devotee is not "missing" any feats. Besides the three listed you get Weapon Focus and Specialization (Longsword) and add the Improved Reflex feat that grants +2 Reflex Save. Normally a Ftr4 has Reflex +1 which is cancelled by Dex 8 so there must be some reason it has a Ref +2 save.

Like I said you may have to look for "always on" feats that are incorperated into other stats.
