Or the way women are about shoping....;) for me everything about d&d I enjoy more than just the stats but taking a person no matter how ficticous they may be and having them overcome thier own flaws and limitation ( physical or mental) and have them excel. not creating corky classes or personalities but seriously creating and embracing that person... I can go on with that train of thougt but what I wanted to know is what is D&D for you: a Passion, Outlet or just a game? |

However, it's also a game and I also enjoy creating an effective character and defeating monsters. More still, I can see it as an outlet sometimes, allowing me to calm down and get my mind off of things and just have fun. Mostly, for me, D&D is about getting together with my friends. Dungeons and Dragons is what we do to pass the time. |

| Silverthrone06-07-04, 05:46 PM | RPGs are my passion, D&D is just one of many. |
| Cyricist06-07-04, 06:10 PM | D&D is my favorite passtime, no more, no less. I pour a lot of passion into it.. but it's not my specific passion, I have many things that deserve that label. It's a great social passtime, in a one of a kind way, to me. |
