A couple of months ago I posted a couple pages of my webcomic idea, 'Goblins', onto this forum to see if people thought it was funny or lame. Most people seemed to like it so I made more of it and got myself up at Keenspace. I'm now pushing it forward as an ongoing D&D comic with a running storyline, etc.

The site itself is very new and still kinda rough around the edges, (Plus I'm terrible at HTML) but it's up and will be updated every week or so. Feel free to check it out and email me (It's the cartoony looking email on the last page, and currently has to be typed manually).

Thanks.

Heh, fun :)
Although the name thing will get old REALLY fast. Just a bit of advice, don't focus on that too much, just bring it out once in a while as a running gag.

Ya, you hit the nail on the head about the name gags. My plan was never to continue them but the use them to introduce characters in an amusing way. You'll notice that later on Complains-of-Names is simply called Complains for short which will eventually become Com.

Thanks for the feedback!

'Dyed Twenties'? :D
How often will you update? Anyways, it's earned a bookmark. Right under OotS. :P

Goblin 1: That does it! I'm gonna go paint my collection of pewter-incarnations-of-various--monsters-and-adventurers.
Goblin 2: Hmf. Figures.

Sorry, I can't remember the names :embarrass That didn't half make me chuckle, though :) This actually is one of the best new webcomics i've seen in a while (and I read a lot of them) - kudos!

I'll be updating every week or so. And OotS is so amazingly hilarious that you could put me 20 bookmarks below it and I'd still feel very complimented.

Are there any other web comics that I don't know about? I read OotS, AMD, CAD, and Goblins . Just don't say 'Penny Arcade'.

Whoa-ho. Theres thousands and thousands of answers to this.
Just a few:
Nodwick (http://archive.gamespy.com/comics/nodwick/index.htm)
Dork Tower (http://archive.gamespy.com/comics/dorktower/)
Ledgermain (http://www.ledgermaincomics.com/)

And that's just the directly D&D linked ones I can come up with off the top of my head.

Funny. Reminds me of when players try to ask about NPCs stats.

Can you good people tell me... Does the title appear "Goblins by Tarol Hunt" or does it say "comic_name"?

Another reader just told me it says "comic_name" for him, but I see "Goblins" as the title (though for now it's in the most boring font of all time).

It says comic_name, and thats the way it is in the HTML:
<title>comic_name*** - Monday, December 9, </title>

Weird, I wonder why it said "Goblins" for me but no one else. Anyways, I think it's fixed now. Thanks.
