06-25-07, 05:09 PM How do you find roleplaying stores? What would I look under the yellow pages?

I'm in a new city now and I've been wanting to meet some gamers and buy some books but I haven't seen anything promising.

06-25-07, 05:30 PM I used to own a LGS so finding one was pretty easy... i just went to work.

The places i advertised were under "Gaming" and "Hobby" sections.

My best to ad spaces were the Military base and the College. Both had bulletin boards and were a good place to find diverse people with various intrests. After i got my hooks in the i relied mostly on word of mouth.

So yellow pages, or try to find a local group at a college Military base etc, or you could search the internet. I believe alot of groups are making sites for their goings-on
