I have some more ones:

Another one was Rogue and Rouge, but everyone knows that one ;)

Fire genasi was spelled genati... VERY close...very close

I think we had choatic nuetrual..but thats not very funny....just bad spelling.

and the best one:

A PC I DM for was going for Frenzied Berserker and maxed out his intimate skill (intimidate)
