I was wondering if there is such a thing as light craft points or something to make an item inherently good. I dont have BoED but i do have BoVD and it doesnt seem right that there isnt an opposite to dark craft points dont you guys think so?

Ancestral Relic? Shared Trove?

Seriously, there "has" to be a good-aligned version of "dark craft" about as much as there "has" to be an evil version of the Vows.
It may be an ionteresting idea, and nothing makes it impossible, but that doesn't mean they're going to bother printing it.

IMO, a good deity's (or celestial paragon's) response to a character's creation of an item wouldn't necessarily be tied to what the character sacrificed. Instead, I think it would come in the form of bonus XP, wealth, or power components provided by the entity for the purposes of a creation.

With all the goodies the Exalted get (including the ability to "redeem" evil items) I'm willing to just leave Dark Craft alone.

You could convert the whole system of sacrifice over from evil to good if you wanted. You'd have to convert the sacrifice of others for personal gain to personal sacrifice for others. The philisophical issue with that is that goodness is supposed to be its own reward; you aren't supposed to perform selfless acts for some tangible benefit. But the whole Book of Exalted Deeds has this issue, so its not a new problem.
I think you could award items on the sacrifice rewards table, like craft points, for good things that players do(establishing a new church for instance, or cleansing a great evil). However players shouldn't be seeking out these activities just for the benefits gained.
