There's not much of a storyline per se, but it's a massive desert and horribly dangerous. Try to find some of the old AD&D materials for it. Maybe someday I'll post my DarkSun conversions here.
The Morninglord 05-07-04, 04:05 AM	Check out Dungeon 110 and Dragon 319 for "Dark Sun DMG" and "Dark Sun PHB". I've heard some people complaining on the update in those magazines, but as a player new to the setting, I found it good enough for me. I don't play in the setting at the moment, but will most likely try it out at some time in the future.
Kamelion 05-07-04, 06:45 AM	Dark Sun has its own message board on this very site: here (http://boards1.wizards.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=290). It's true that some prefer the WotC-approved conversion by www.athas.org to the equally WotC-approved conversion in Dragon and Dungeon magazines, but you'll find plenty of folks happy to share ideas with you all the same. Drop by and say hi sometime :)
