Got a player with a SMALL ego and need to knock him down a couple lvls. Any good advice. He started a game where he ****ed up the xp and is in posesion of most of the groups books and more or less refuses to play another char. Should I just use one of my older chars as a antaginist and have him kill the char or is there a better sulution.

Don't use IC methods to handle OOC problems.

If you have a problem with a player, handle it person to person not DM to character.

Do what my DM did, he had a character called munchkinmuderer, and whenever someone was being a munchkin, he had MM kill the munchkin's character. It worked! Our table has since been munchkin-free for six minths!

If you can't talk to the player about the problem, then either live with it or leave the group. In-game responses to out-of-game problems only create more out-of-game problems.

You mean he is a small person, with a BIG ego.

If you can't handle the situation OOC, Get the books back and kick him out.

That, or handle it IC with Pun-Pun. :D
