Well it has been discussed and voted many, many times. So the number one consensus here on this board is a new Epic Level Handbook.

Well if that case what are some of the things we would like to see in such a book?

Do we want just an updated 3.5 version of the epic level book? Or do we want a complete overhaul of it?

Should it detail monsters for epic levels?
Should it have all the classes’ epic progression or maybe just a template on how to make them epic?
Should the increases in Base Attacks and saves stay the same?
Is epic spell casting all right or should it change, If a change how so?
Should it go into detail on epic npcs and aid a DM with building an Epic style game?
Do we want epic Incarnum, Tome of Magic?
Do we need more Epic Prestige classes, If so any suggestions?
Should it go more in-depth on how to role play Epic Characters?
Any Idea's on new feats, epic feats, epic spells, epic magic items, epic monsters, epic npcs epic towns, epic campaigns and adventures?
Any new Idea's for epic style racial feats, substitution levels, and class features?

Any suggestions, comments?

I just would like to see the ideas of this thread help maybe sway a bit of the Devo's opinions and get our voices heard.

Victor PhoenixHere comes two cents.

First, I am in favor of an epic book that's focused on the characters and not monsters--but I see the reason for putting all the epic material in one book, so let's assume that there would be one book.

Epic progressions is a fine thing, only space considerations should be a candidate for driving them out.

Attacks and saves should remain the same, consistency with the epic SRD and the material in the DMG 3.5 is important.

I've always thought that the epic spells were a bit goofy--I'm in favor of either adding a system for having spell levels progress beyond 10th, or changing the epic spell system. In this case, I'm not concerned about consistency with existing rules as it's not clear that they work all that well anyway.

Epic NPCs and advice for DMs should be included.

Epic monsters, magic items, and other juicy stuff should be included as well.

Well personally I like the way epic spell casting system is but it dose feel little to off the wall.

As you said

Maybe 10th level and beyond spells or maybe a similar system with some changes in the numbers and more in-depth descriptions on the spells seeds

And actually though it is expensive I was thinking 3 books, one for players, One for Monsters, and one for DMS,

Players Guide to Epic Levels
includes rules for building characters past level 20 detailing not only Base classes but the expanded classes and covering such thing as Incarnum, Tome of Magic and Psionics,
Feats of all types and higher listing for Feats such as Astral Relic, Vow of poverty,
skill lists,
Epic spell casting,
Idea's on how to role-play epic characters,
Prestige Classes (More valuable and also more reasonable to put it where they can preview them at this level),
and Magic Items and wealth tables ( Though Normal a preview of the DMs guide would work better in the players guide here for the fact Epic Characters need to know there wealth and magic items.)

Epic Monster Manual
Details strange and powerful epic monster, rules for building truly epic monster, help with advancing normal monsters into epic ordeals, and NPC of epic level statistics along with random generic npcs of Epic level for quick reference.

Dungeons Master's Guide to Epic Levels
Details the good and bad of DMing epic levels,
Ideas on how characters advance in epic levels along with LA + EL of monstrous races that are higher than 20,
Ideas on how to deal with players out of control and dealing with powerful thing such as wish, miracle, and epic spells.
Ideas on how to keep epic level combat fast and well paced and ways to run epic level encounters,
Epic level traps and Dungeon Idea's,
Ideas on adventures for epic level character, Idea's How to run a campaign in epic level ECT...

Though yes it would be expensive I would rather more detail and coverage than ease of price.
Just some thoughts
