Decent dungeon-crawl for 7th level party? [Archive] - Wizards Community

My party is just winding down on The Speaker in Dreams, and they'll be 7th level at least (maybe even some 8th) by the time they're done with it (assuming they survive the culmination).

By now, my intuition tells me they're spoiling for a traditional dungeon crawl, with ingenious traps and some hack-and-slash, and perhaps a fiendish plot or three...

I'm guessing The Standing Stone just ain't gonna be their cuppa tea...

Anyone have any suggestions for a module or pre-canned adventure I can use?

(Preferrably one that I can fit into Forgotten Realms, as I am going to start giving them a greater campaign context...)

Thanks in advance...

I'd be willing to update a 2e adventure, if no one can think of a 3.5e-compatible module. Anyone have any suggestions?

Wizards has some, I think.

You could always make your own. That can be fun, if a little tedious at times. What can be really fun is to completely randomly roll the size of rooms, monsters, traps, etc. Then you get wacky and crazy combos that can be fun to play.

Sorry, I'm not much of a help.

Goodman Games' Dungeon Crawl Classics (http://www.goodmangames.com/adventurefinder.php) has some you might consider.

Most in the level 6-8 and 7-9 realm look dungeony, though a few seem more terrain specific. 17.5 and 34 look particularly interesting, though YMMV.
