bobotheguy 07-13-07, 05:19 PM	Ok, so my DM just called me about something he and I plan to do with our adventure. this post is purely for the sake of telling someone because it is so awsome. So then, our party, are all 17th lvl evil characters. we have a blackguard, a cleric (me) a lich, an archmage, a fighter? a rogue/invisible blade and a shadow. Our party is at a point where we dont have a concrete adventure going on. at our sessions we do what we are feeling right. which normally pertains to robbing banks. Our DM is not great at winging adventures, so he asked us to come up with an evil goal we wish to accomplish. most of the party came up with stuff, and most of them were joking. But I got a great Idea. So then, my cleric, of Scharrossar (Book of Vile Darkness) is the diety of torture and pain. I came up with this idea and ran it by my DM, and he really liked it. My character, is the party link to anything and everything in the Abyss/ Nine hells. In my back story, I was raised in the 3rd layer of the Nine Hells. I eventually escaped into a portal in to the material plane. I adopted a custom prestige class (DM approved) called the Master of fiends. its much like the Demonologist (Book of Vile Darkness) I can charm, controll, or dominate Demons/Devils. In the ancient history of the world, the land was ruled by clans. and the most powerful clan worshipped Scharrosar. their chieftan was the direct champion of Scharrosar. but he was killed by another clan, the Octavians. As time passed, the Octavians ruled the clans, and eventually evolved into and Empire. LE and very tyrranical. The emperor, is a Great Wyrm Red Dragon. When the champion was slain, the Octavians were is such fear of his return that in fact they built their empire around his tomb, and the Throne of the Emperor is the only known enterance to the tomb. It is also said, that the only way to gain entrace to the tomb, is to eliminate the life force of the current emperor. Now, in sort of the Bible of Scharrosar, it claims that when the new champion is donned, Scharrosar will walk beside her champion on the material plain and bring pain to the world. In order to be named the new champion, the old champion must be beaten in combat by a cleric of Scharrosar. Now, my party doesnt know about the whole Scharrosar walking beside me. Ive told them that we can resurrect this champion, and he might serve us. Well, Might wasnt good enough. they want a surefire way to controll this champion. Plus, a lot of the party members are telling me "Its so stupid man just shut up" so im getting a little ticked at them. My DM, gave me a note, he said. "You awake in the night to one of your servants, kneeling beside you with a dagger in her chest. In her hand is a note, written in blood. Scharrosar told me that If I wanted to controll the champion, then I must go to the Abyss. In the Abyss, the note said I must travel to the Harem of a Balor. There is a succubus carrying an unborn child in which the blood of the diety flows. I must drink this blood, and I will gain controll over the champion. But the party keeps saying "oh thats such a stupid idea. just shut up Jim" Today, My DM called me. tired of adventures on the wings, asked me to betray the party. Because of my history in the Abyss/Nine Hells, I have many connections. He proposes that my character contacts a rival Balor to attack the target Balor. I will get my succubus, and In return, I am to allow the Rival Balor access to the Party's lair to let him and his shock troops pillage our lair (cept my room). That'll teach the party not to have listened to me sooner! Oh, and I do have one ally in the party, the shadow. Thanks for reading! Bobo

Do it... do it.. do it now... do it I am sure you are going to catch flack about "Not working as a team, or how will your friends feel once they find out you had the characters killed?" boo hoo to elf huggers I say! Now saying that back stabbing your crew is pretty crafty and serious, your character is definately the right alignment to do it, but other then offering them something useful to you ie getting the acclomation from your god, maybe you and your dm could offer something for them to help them see thing s your way. However, i am total cool with your original plan. Off topic rant here (these forums are loaded with elf huggers, and it drives me nuts. They love to do nothing more but tell you how you need to behave, which to them is holding each others hands and singing to the squirles! So, in the face of all elf hugging squirle singers I say drop the bomb on your whole damnating crew and let them burn for not having the strength to see things.......your way) Good luck and let us know what happens next! bobotheguy 07-14-07, 02:31 AM	Haha well this is all going down monday. Ill called my DM and told him about my alliance w/ the shadow. What I will have to do is let the demons pillage her part of the lair, so it looks convincing. then I proposed that there was a separation with the party and me, and only she could decide who to doom. like you can only have one or the other. If she chooses me, and Screws the party, Ill have my diety walk beside me. then Ill have my diety kill her :angelhide Bobo
metalmayhem80110 07-14-07, 03:54 AM	O o o o.... You need to make it look like you were completely innocent in all of this. When it is all said and done you need to walk onto their corpses and tell the gm "I'm going to make a perform dance check". They should all figure out what just happened and be filled with anger and laughter at the same time.
