As my love for collecting dice has grown, so too has my regret for letting my very first set of dice go... After some research I was able to find out who held my original dice, and being my good friend he gave them back to me (for free at that!) But alas to my horror the d12 was missing! Now I need to find a replica dice for that d12 but the problem grows as it was a multi-coloured die set from "The New Easy to Master Dungeon & Dragons Game."

Ok, enough build up! My question is this: Does anyone remember the colour of that d12?

Thank you in advance.

Well, the d12 in my wife's old copy of the game is plain black with white numbers.

Hope this helps.

I am also missing a die, from the D&D basic set(the one that came with a crayon) Did it even have seven dice? I forget the die I'm missing.

Thank you Stardrake, I was fairly confident it was black with white... but I didn't want to influence any answers.

Thanks again.

Dragonmark... you are speaking of a much older box set. I'd love to have an original set of those dice!

My dad had a toy store (in the early 80's) so I was in with all the new stuff... I miss my ceramic dice, and my clear dice with #'s in red and green (and red and blue)

The first set of dice I had, which was inherited, was a pasty looking light blue with no color on the numbers. I think it came with a box set of basic D&D. Sadly, I gave them (my only set!!) to my cousin from Ireland who I turned onto the game when he visited many years ago.
