I am going to be using the SCAP adventure path from Dungeon for my next Eberron campaign. As such, I am in the process of converting the AP to make it more Eberron-centric. Anyways, I was wondering as to how I would convert Adimarchus (the last boss and a demon prince of sorts) into an equivalent Daelkyr that a group of 20th level characters would fight. Anyone have any suggestions?

Plus, if you've ever pitted your players against a Daelkyr or have fought against one, please share your experiences. Thanks!

I'd play up the "two different aspects" angle. I'd also ditch most of the backstory, unless you mean for Adimarchus to have had congress with fiends. If so, I'd go with the rakshasas.

Well, if I were to ditch the whole daelkyr angle for a rakshasha raja, how will you incorporate the whole fallen angel bit into Eberron?

Actually, now that I think about it, it would be very easy to do a fallen angel in Eberron. Fallen Angels are already canon. Adimarchus could be a Radiant Idol. An insanely powerful Radiant Idol (compared to its standard brethren) but a Radiant Idol nonetheless. The only downside to making Adimarchus a Radiant Idol is that the Cauldron stand-in would have to be in or near a manifest zone to Syrania.
