07-30-07, 09:31 AM I would like to get a few oppinions on this. Do you think that the artificer must meet the clerical wisdom requirements for creating divine scrolls. (i.e. in order to create a 3rd level scroll he/she must have a wisdom of 13) ?

Belkar is correct. An Artificer meets the requirements for a spell by making a UMD roll for each requirement he does not already meet. Were an Artificer to have a WIS 13, he would not need to roll UMD to meet the requirement to make a scroll for a 3rd level spell. If he does not have that WIS, he must roll for the wisdom requirement and then roll for the spell (and both would have to be successful to create the item).
