OpakeDragon 01-06-08, 11:15 PM	in the Bonus Feat description it says that Artificers choose their bonus feats from the list, but they failed to mention whether or not the Artificer had to qualify for the feat in order to take it. Now this is probably just wishful think but is it possible for and artificer to take Wand Mastery before they get Craft Wand or are caster level 9th?
JulesCARV 01-07-08, 01:01 AM	I believe that you have to qualify for the feat unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as in the case of a monk).
