Required caster level is 6th.

Requires fabricate (5th level spell so caster level 10th).

Does he need to be 4th level or 8th level?

07-23-07, 11:55 PM Creating magical items is not my forte, but cannot a 4th level artificer use a scroll or another caster? Or a schema for that matter.
