I put this on the PrC boards but I wanted to put it here because it was made for an eberron. So I wanted to make a PrC based off of the concept of a wandering monk with a lighthearted view of the world. I know that it is impossible by the canon to get this but just think of if the DM waved the alignment problem (which I don't like to much with monks). 10 level PrC

D6 HD
Prerequisite: Bardic knowledge, ability to cast 2nd level arcane spells, improved unarmed strike, evasion.
Alignment: any non-lawful
Feat: Whirling Steel Strike

You get 3/4 BAB good reflex and will and 4+ skill points with the fallowing skills.
Balance, climb, swim, jump, hide, move silently, knowledge (all), diplomacy, bluff, sense motive, perform, craft, spell craft.
You also get bard caster levels at all levels except 1,5 and 10.
The class counts as monk levels for, flurry of blows, unarmed damage, monk AC bonus, and monk speed bonus.
Counts as bard level for bardic knowledge and number of daily uses of bardic music. Also at 5th and 10th levels your inspire courage gets another +1.

Thank you for your help. I am not very good at formating this stuff.

Are you familiar with the Ascetic feats found in Complete Adventurer? Making one of your own, only for Monk/Bards, could be exactly what you're looking for and could be a suitable alternative to taking a PrC.

I'll take a crack at what I think it would look like:

Ascetic Performer
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Bardic Music class feature.
Benefit: Your Bard and Monk levels stack for the purpose of determining your unarmed strike damage. For example, a 3rd level Bard/1st level Monk would deal 1d8 damage with her unarmed strike.
Your Bard and Monk levels also stack for determining the number of uses of Bardic Music you gain per day and the strength of your Bardic Music. For example, a 4th level Bard/4th level Monk could use their Bardic Music 8 times per day and their Inspire Courage ability would grant a +2 morale bonus. This will not allow the character to gain new bardic music abilities (such as Suggestion, or Song of Freedom) before their total levels in Bard would allow them, it only increases the strength of abilities already known through your current Bard level.
In Addition, you can multi-class freely between the Monk and Bard classes. You must still remain lawful in order to take additional Monk levels but you may take additional Bard levels despite your lawful alignment.

I like it!!!!

"The Singing Master"

Or, using perform (Oratory), your combat is accompanied by sound effects...:D

thank you both, I don't have the Complete Adventurer but I will look at that.

Does it look well balenced? or does it need to loose something, or gain something?

Thanks alot.
