Build a mobility knife fighter that will throw a lot need classes, feats, equipment what is the best weapon to use. Original stuff/Homebrew is more then welcome. Want to build a base class on it but don't have time. I saw gauntlets of throwing in the MIC what would it cost to make a pair that could do that at will instead of 3/day.

You would really get a better answer from the Character Optimization boards.

You can also try the search function.

Starting out as a Rogue, followed with levels in Fighter (for ranged attack feats) and the Master Thrower or Whisper Knife prestige class (if you're a Halfling) should suit you well enough, although these classes rely on throwing daggers.

As far as a good Eberron-y throwing character would go, the Halflings of the Talenta Planes are known for their proficiency with thrown weapons like boomerangs and slings. This innate skill with thrown weapons extends even to their more urban cousins, who may be more likely to use daggers. The Elves and their underlings in house Phialarn and Thuranni are as much performers as they are spies and assassins. A skilled knife thrower is well suited to both.

Something like this would also work well with a Drow or half drow (thematically). Halflings get some of the best PrCs for it, but you could do some interesting and flavorful things with the drow long knife.
