Would it be possible for a House Cannith human male to mate with a changeling female and have a child capable of having a Mark of Making? Would the child be accepted in the house? Thanks.

If the kid is human, then yeah the child could manifest the Mark of Making.

Whether or not the human child bearing the mark would be accepted into House Cannith would be a matter of politics and such. If the human parent is an excoriate, then most likely the child would also be persona non grata.

If the child is a changeling, then no, it cannot manifest the mark.

If you use the Changeling lore from RoE, then the gender of the changeling doesn't really matter.

A changeling male morphed into a female humanoid could bear a child just as easily as a female changeling morphed into a male humanoid could father one.
