I have a changeling and was wondering how their shapechange would affect its ability to wear armor. In short if you have a Changeling male and he turns into a she does the armor adjust itself to the features of the new form?

The text clarify that armor are not affected by a changelings ability to change appearance, so no it wont change. But then again I have never played with at difference in female or male armor (mostly cause all my players almost always play guys).

Only Full Plate would be adversely affected. Armour doesn't change shape, but all armours except Full Plate includes straps that make them adjustable. So, all it would take is a minute of adjusting the straps and the armour would fit as well.

Well although many armors don't have any difference some do, such as the anything with plate. If magic armor doesn't make minor adjustments to suit gender then say a beguiler with Mithral breast plate would make a male look awkward or force a female identity to be flat chested. I know Magic Armor doesn't change statistical size, but does it make minor adjustments to fit its wearer? After all even for a normal player finding a killer magic fullplate fitted for a woman would really suck.

I wanted to say something fun about it being oppressive to women etc... But then I realized what game we are talking about. (this is not saying girls don't play)

Well, I'm wondering where that comes from. There are no negative modifiers in teh game for being a woman. WotC has specifically written the PHB such that 1/2 of the people referenced are female. Modules have as many Queens ruling as Kings. WotC has done everything it possibly could to remove male bias from the game.

The changeling's shapechange only effects itself, but since magic armour automatically resizes itself to fit the wearer, a changeling with enough money should be okay.

(Fun tip: Glamered armour can really help you out when it comes to disguises or sneaking that platemail past the guards.)

Armor does not automatically resize anymore. Its a common houserule to say that it resizes within the original size category though.

My Changeling Rogue/Bard uses a glamered mithril shirt though. Wears it all the time, and uses it to handle the clothing for his different faces.
