Author's Note: Well besides the complete lack of Skills... which to me are annoying and too rigorous to deal with (simple enough to figure out anyways, but typing... ugh...). I think i did a good job with these. Anyone agree or... is there something wrong with them?

Eberron Paragon Classes

Changeling Paragon
BAB Fort Ref Will Abilities

Hit Die: d6
Skills (6 + Int mod per level): Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise, Gather Information, Intimidate, Knowledge (local), Listen, Perform, Sense Motve, Spot
Silver Tongue (Ex): A Changeling Paragon's adds his class level as a bonus on all Bluff, Intimidate, and Sense Motive checks.
Scan Thoughts (Su): A Changeling Paragon can read the surface thoughts of any creature within 60 ft., doing so is like a detect thoughts spell, however it affects only a single opponent. The Paragon's Caster Level is equal to their character level. The DC is equal to 10 + 1/2 Character Level + Cha mod. A Changeling Paragon that can read an opponent's thoughts gains a +2 bonus on Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate checks against that opponent. This ability requires a standard action t use and may be utilized at will. A Changeling Paragon may only scan one creature's thoughts at a time.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Changeling Paragon chooses to increase his Intelligence or Charisma score by 2 points.

Kalashtar Paragon

Hit Die: d6
Skills (4 + Int mod per level): Autohypnosis, Concentration, Knowledge (the Planes), Knowledge (Psionics), Psicraft, Use Psionic Device
Dual-Thought (Ex): The Kalashtar Paragon relies strongly on his dual-spirit nature. He gains a bonus equal to his Charisma modifier on all Will saving throws.
Shrug Off (Su): At 2nd level a Kalashtar Paragon can simply shrug off the effects of any effect with a duration longer than Instantaneous that allows a Will saving Throw. He may attempt another Saving Throw on the next consecutive round to end the effect. This ability may be used once per day per class level.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Kalashtar Paragon's Charisma score increases by 2 points.

Shifter Paragon

Naturally Athletic (Ex): A Shifter Paragon's natural physical prowess improves. He gains a circumstance bonus on Balance, Climb, and Jump checks equal to his class level.
Shifter Elite (Ex): At 2nd level the Shifter Paragon gains any one of the 'Elite' feats, depending on it's Primary Shifter Trait. (the trait chosen during character creation; Ex. A shifter with the Longstride Shifter Trait gains the Longstride Elite feat as a bonus feat).
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Shifter Paragon gain a +2 bonus to an ability score depending on their Primary Shifter Trait (the trait chosen during character creation).
- Gorebrute, Longtooth, Razorclaw: +2 Strength
- Cliffwalk, Longstride, Swiftwing: +2 Dexterity
- Beasthide, Truedive, Wildhunt: +2 Constitution
- Dreamsight: +2 Wisdom

Warforged Paragon
BAB Fort Ref Will Abilities

Hit Die: d10
Skills (2 + Int mod per level): Climb, Craft, Intimidate, Jump, Knowledge (Architecture and Engineering)
Built Tough (Ex): A Warforged Paragon Embraces his reason for creation, a Tool of War. They gain an extra +2 Hit Points at each Class level.
Construct Body (Ex): A Warforged Paragon gains DR 1/adamantine, if a Warforged Paragon already has Damage Reduction, it increases by 1.
Upgrade Body (Ex): At 3rd level the Warforged Paragon is able to rework some of his parts in order for a more efficient form. This reworking takes 8 hours and requires nothing more than the Warforged's know-how and hands. At this end of this process the Warforged gains a +2 bonus to Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution (their choice). This ability can only be done once and does not need to be done immediately upon gaining their 3rd level of Warforged Paragon.

Catfolk Paragon

Great Agility (Ex): The Catfolk Paragon prides itself on its agility. He adds his class level as a bonus on Initiative checks. In addition his base land speed increases by 5 ft.
Improved Reflexes (Ex): At 2nd level the Catfolk Paragon's natural reflexes increase incredibly. He gains a +2 bonus on all Reflex saves and as a bonus on a Dex based Skill Checks.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Catfolk Paragon's Dexterity score increases by 2 points.

*Goliath Paragon

Toughened Hide (Ex): A Goliath Paragon's skin is tough and grows thicker through training. He adds his Class level as a bonus to his Natural Armor.
Great Mark (Ex): A Goliath Paragon gains any one of the Markings feats, even if he does not have the Auspicious Marking feat.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Goliath Paragon's Strength score increases by 2 points.

Killoren Paragon

Forest Hunter (Ex): A Killoren Paragon's natural habit grants him a +2 Racial Bonus on all Hide and Move Silently checks.
Greater Aspect (Ex): At 2nd level the Killoren Paragon improved upon his Aspects. He is treated as having two of the following feats: Killoren Ancient, Killoren Destroyer, or Killoren Hunter.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Killoren Paragon's Wisdom score increases by 2 points.

Lizardfolk Paragon

Marshborn (Ex): A Lizardfolk Paragon studies on tactics usable in the dense and aquatic areas he was born in. He is able to move through any Marsh environment at their normal speed. Furthermore he gains an additional +1 Racial bonus on all Balance, Jump, and Swim checks.
Improved Hold Breath (Ex): At 2nd level the Lizardfolk Paragon improves his ability to stay underwater. He can now hold their breath for a number of rounds equal to six times its Constitution score.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Lizardfolk Paragon's Constitution score increases by 2 points.

*Poison Dusk Lizardfolk Paragon

Fast Movement (Ex): A Poison Dusk Paragon's base land speed increases by an addition 10 ft. when wearing light or no Armor.
Trained Sniper (Ex): While utilizing the Sniping ability (described on page 76 of the Player's Handbook) you incur only a -10 penalty on your Hide check. You also gain a +1 bonus on attack rolls while Sniping.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Poison Dusk Paragon's Dexterity score increases by 2 points.

*Talenta Halfling Paragon

Able Rider (Ex): The Talenta Halfling Paragon is a master Rider. He adds his Class level as a Racial bonus on all Handle Animal and Ride checks.
Plains Hunter (Ex): A hunter of the beasts of the plains, a Talenta Halfling Paragon gains a +2 Racial Bonus on all attack rolls against Animals. Furthermore he gains a +2 bonus on all Listen, Spot, and Survival checks whilst hunting Animals.
Swift Mount (Ex): At 2nd level the Talenta Halfling Paragon enhances the speed of it's mount. Any creature the Talenta Halfling Paragon rides increases it's base land speed by +10 ft.
Ability Boost (Ex): At 3rd level, a Talenta Halfling Paragon's Dexterity score increases by 2 points.

*Additional Rules: A Talenta Halfling may also take the Halfling Paragon Class as well as the Talenta Halfling Paragon class. As may the Poison Dusk Lizardfolk, take the normal Lizardfolk Paragon class. A Feral Gargun may also take the Goliath Paragon class.

Very cool stuff, thanks for the post. I would only change the ability boost of the Warforged from Con to Str.

Actually ya, i did think about that... So lemme do so, in fact I'll give it a nifty name so it fits with the Warforged perspective.
