Can someone point me to where I can find the half daelkyr race/template and give me some rough explanation of it (or link if it is published somewhere on the wizards site)?
Also can someone elaborate which druid sect in Eberron may be likely to accept such character and why?

Magic of Eberron, I believe. They are deformed in the womb and born with a symbiont-twin due to the mother being infected by a dealkyr creature. There is a prestige class that they can take that uses symbionts to fight aberrations. Surprisingly, if they oppose aberrations the Gatekeepers may accept them.

More specifically, Magic of Eberron p 37.

And you won't find a write-up for them on the WotC site because they aren't open-gaming content.

The Greensingers perhaps. They're relatively light hearted and take very well to the idea of extra planar creatures, although I'm sure they'd be at least somewhat suspicious of Daelkyr. Historically Daelkyr haven't been the kindest of guests. Still, you might be able to give them insight on Xoriat and its inhabitants. The Plane is hard to get to, and those with ties to it tend to not be the most conversational folks.

The Children of Winter might also welcome you. They're more fatalist and nihilistic in outlook, and the threat posed by some freaky mutant like your character probably wouldn't make them worry as much. They're also somewhat into extra-planar contact, although they concentrate more on the gloomy plane of Mabar. Maybe your an example of how the end will come: invasion and assimilation by the Daelkyr.

The Wardens of the Wood seem to be the most tolerant and inclusive of all the groups. As long as you seem devoted, and try to fight rather than embrace your Daelkyr heritage, you might have an interesting time.

There's the obvious conflict with the Gatekeepers. They seriously frown upon extraplanar beings, especially the Daelkyr. Even the Greensingers and Children of Winter irk them. You can easily the Hellboy/Hellsing thing and be a Half Dem... eerrr Half Vam... ummm Half Daeylkyr, joining a group that fights against your more evil kin. You have the potential to face them on their own grounds.

Don't forget that not all Druids are members of one of these major sects though. There are Goblin Druids in the Shadow Marches, Droamm, and Darguun. There are Halfling Druids on the Talenta Plains. There are Lizardmen Druids in Q'barra. The Orcs of the Mror Holds seem to have little if anything to do with the Shadow Marcher orcs on the other side of the continent, so they're not going to have the same (even if they are nominally similar) Druid traditions.
