Is there any way to aply mechanical items and limbs to a living creature? I want a cyborgish character.

Construct Grafts, Faiths of Eberron. They are expensive perminate magical items, you probably wont be able to afford them at the start of the game (which is why most vets in the last war who lost a limb in the last war are still walking around without that limb).

Also, there's the Renegade Mastermaker, a prestigeclass from Magic of Eberron which lets you incorporate more and more construct parts until you're effectively a warforged.

They are insanely expensive and it's not like you can just buy them anywhere ethier. Not to mention I dont think you can just walk down the street and wave at people looking like a half-man/half-warforged freak.

Yes, but thats what I want. A half-warforged freak.

I think i'm gonna go with the Renegade Mastermaker. Is this PrC suitable for most classes? Like a fighting class?

It's a artificer/wizard PrC so not really, unless you multiclass. How exactly do you expect to walk down the street then? Most people will react uncomfortably or with outright hostility at most levels of this class if you don't hide how you look, which gets pretty hard to do later on. Though at higher levels most will assume your a warforged and treat you as such.

The PrC just requires that you be humanoid, and have 8 ranks in ethier blacksmithing, armorsmithing, gemcutting or sculpting. You also need Craft Magic Arms and Armor and Craft Wonderous item. It could work for a Fighter/Mage or Fighter/Artificer. You miss out on 2 levels of spell casting though. You gain some DR and the ability to self heal by using up spells you can cast, you can also eventually benefit from repair spells but spells that damage contructs will hurt you too. You can also eventually use warforged components and at max level you become a living construct with all the advantages and disadvantages of that type, your also allowed to take Warforged feats, even if they normally require you to be first level. But if your going to essentially turn into a Warforged it seems easier to just be a Warforged.

Half-Golems aren't playable characters. I believe that's why they have "LA: - " listed.
