However, the Adaptation section suggests the PrC can be adapted into a Rogue/Illusionist PrC (which is what my player is interested in). The PrC is normally tied to an organisation called the Seekers of Truth (a sort of goodly organisation interesting in collecting as much information as possible). Basically, I'm looking for a good (or decent) name for this illusionist version of the PrC, since the Unseen Seer doesn't cut it any more, as well as a suggestion which organisation could I tie the PrC (in it's modified version) to. The character is a CN (more of a NG/CG, but I digress) human Rogue, with no ties to any organisation or Dragonmarked House. The Cabinet of Faces and the Houses of Shadow (Phiarlann and Thurani) both seem like good choices, but the character is human, and doesn't really fit in those groups. Ideas for custom organisations/groups are OK as well. Thanks in advance. Regards. |

In fact, there's a certain benefit when an organization uses a race not affiliated with them - it's less suspect that they're affiliated with the organization in the first place. Another option is The Trust. The Trust is an intelligence gathering agency, and the spy network that protects Zilargo. Finally, the PC could easily be affiliated with the Eyes of Aundair (spies/agents for Aundair) or the Dark Lanterns (Spies/agents for Breland); Aundair is heavy on magic, so it fits there, and Breland is good with the roguish skullduggery. |

Cyran foreign intelligence would have been outside Cyre at the time of the Mourning, and that leaves them with a framework that might include something like this. |
