02-27-07, 01:46 PM If changelings can genderswap because there are male changelings and there are female changelings, can't a changeling just change into a younger form to avoid aging? :D

02-27-07, 04:55 PM Even characters who can delay the effects of aging via class features don't get to cheat death. They still die of old age; they just die with a more youthful, vigorous body. Changelings could choose to look good dying, but that's it unless they have more than their racial shapechanging ability in their favor.

02-28-07, 10:26 AM It should be noted that a changeling will incur the usual -2 penalty on the Disguise check for every step between his normal age category and his disguise. An old changeling trying to pass for an adult changeling is going to face a -4 penalty. Still, Minor Shapechange is generally up to the task.

I agree. My DM allowas a changeling to adopt the age of his parents. So if an elf were to have a changeling child he or she would have a life span of 700ish years. If two changelings are the parents you find the average of the 2. My DM loves making home rules, lol.
