This has probably been discussed before, but I cannot find it: what are good places to include martial adepts (from Tome of Battle) in Eberron?

The hobgoblins of Dhakaan seem a perfect fit for warblades. After all, the monastery teaching Iron Heart described in ToB is a hobgoblin monastery.

Crusaders and swordsages can fit in anywhere where paladins and monks do. But what if you wanted to distinguish them more?

Are there any organizations/peoples in Sarlona that could provide a home for martial adepts?

Keith Baker mentioned he had written an Eberron Expanded article about the Tome of Battle, but it doesn't seem to have been released.

Well a long time ago when ToB was still fresh Kieth Baker wrote and Eberron Expanded article and gave it to WotC and it never saw the light of day for some odd reason. So officially there is very little to go on.

In the Adventure Eyes of the Lich Queen the heroes face a Blood of Vol Crusader and James Wyatt said one of his characters in "Storm Dragon" was written with her being a Swordsage in mind, but other than that nothing official.

Still you can find some threads on the subject where we here share our opinions. Sadly most of them have been archived now, but luckily I posted this list once before, (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=860743) so I had the URLs handy.

The Valenar have the perfect society for Swordsages and Warblades too, IMO.

In my version the crusaders are trained at the war collage in Karrnath instead of somewhere like thrane because most people in thrane go pally instead. as for the swodsages I set them up in monasteries in the reaches and the warblades are hobgoblin trained.
