Seeing as how a changelings minor change shape is physical could they possibly use it to stop bleeding? I mean, couldn't they just change into something that doesn't have any wounds or would that be pushing what the ability can do?

Definitely pushing it.

You could make a feat out of it (Or interpret Toughness as a way of using it) but you can't simply make your injuries disappear.

An interesting idea but clearly beyond the bounds of what MINOR shapechange can do. It's all basically illusion. They can look human but they're still changeling. They can pretend to have claws but they won't do any extra damage. Etc. Obviously this falls into the same category. That would be like giving them fast healing or some type of regeneration which is clearly too much BUT you've given me the interesting idea of a changeling hiding their wounds. Perhaps redirecting their bloodflow to their mouth where they spit it out occasionally. This would let changelings still attempt to hide/flee in disguise even when wounded. If you use an action point to stabilize yourself while dying that would be a hell of a flavorful way to describe it. Or even if your changeling stabilized naturally.

I think you did not understand what he was saying.

I dont think he was aming at Fast healing but more of a bluff situation.

A changeling was inflicted with a serious injury but with his minor shapechange ability he hides it (but he still suffers from it).

I thinks its an interesting possibility and not that far fetched (since he actually suffers from the injury). I would allow him a Bluf check. I'm not saying this is BY RAW but in a roleplaying situation can bring some interesting possibilities

Actually, if you read the OP, he distinctly says "stop bleeding". That is a mechanically-significant game component. As DM, I might allow a feat like the following:

Manipulate Wound
You have learned how to manipulate your physical shape such that you can seal bleeding wounds, preventing your health from decompensating.
Prerequisite - Changeling, Toughness
Benefit - You are able to seal most combat wounds you take, preventing yourself from bleeding and leaving no scar. As a standard action, you may automatically stabilize yourself when you are below 0hp, as long as some of the damage was done by weapons. This does not work with energy damage, which does too much tissue damage; as such, if you take 63hp from a fireball, you cannot seal your wounds.

Well shapeshifting to heal is one of the abilities of a Warshaper (Complete Warrior). If you want to make a custom feat, you could look at that for reference.
