My players have finally tumbled onto the Dreaming Dark conspiracy that threatened to overwhelm them. I'm trying to design some fitting opponents, and realized that I can't find a level-by-level standard advancement scheme for psionic classes like they have on page 114-127 of the DMG (for the base classes). Anyone know where I can find something like this? Help would be much appreciated.

There doesn't exist any that I know of. Still, with a little work, you can alter it to work.

The easiest is the Psychic Warrior. Just use the Fighter progression, altering the Base Attack Bonus and number of Bonus Feats.

You can use the Wizard entry for the Psion, replacing scrolls with power stones and all other magic items with psionic analogs.

The Soulknife could be based off of the Monk entry, though some alteration is definitely needed there.

And the Wilder is the toughest of all, with perhaps the Bard being the closest in build.
