I assume this is the right board for this question. I wanted to personalize a Daelkyr for my game, but all I have available to me is the Campaign Setting book, I wondered if there was a certain book that covered more of the Daelkyrs than any of the others or a book that covered a particularly devious one? Thank you all for your time with my question.

The six named Daelkyr Lords & their locations in the rulebooks are located in the "Post Daelkyr Lord Ideas Here!" thread:

There's about 2 pages on the Daelkyr in Magic of Eberron, along with a page of two maps. It has about a third of a page about "The Stained One," but it's more about his lair/prison then the Daelkyr itself.

As far as I know, no unique Daelkyr has been statted out or given more than a cursory glance. It's pretty much open for the DM to work with.

The stained ones lair and his high ranking minion are mentioned in magic of eberron.

He would be easily adaptable to a campaign, as he releases abominations on the world freqeuntly.

Player's Guide to Eberron has info on the Daelkyr. It talks about the fact that there are at least six Lords, and specifically mentions four of them by name, specialties, and locations: Dyrrn the Conquerer, Belashyrra the Lord of Eyes, Orlassk the Master of Stone, and Kyrzin the Prince of Slime and Oozes.

Yay, a thread of mine has been referenced in another thread!

Ok, back to the topic. If you're looking for statistics on personal daelkyr, they don't exist outside of what some player might have done for his or her own personal campaign. The reason being is that the basic daelkyr and all its basic abilities are given in the ECS. If the DM (you) wants to give the daelkyr personalized powers and such (which you should, it makes him more awesome than the regular CR 20 one in the book), he must only slap on a bunch of Outsider levels and give him those abilities. This is why daelkyr aren't best made with class levels, which tell you exactly what to do. Then you figure out the new CR (I'd probably post the stats on the main Monsters forum for D&D, they'll help you do that very well).
