If a Craft check to repair warforged is less than 15, does the warforged lose hp?

Since it isn't mentioned, I'd say no, you just fail.

Though if you use critical failure rules for skills, you could say you cause damage in the manner you suggested. Or say that if you fail by 5 or more, you deal (10 - roll result) damage.

Does a Heal of less then 15 make a Human lose hps?

IS8: A Heal check does not restore hp. A Craft check made to repair warforged restores a number of hp equal to the check -15. Hence the question.

And the answer for these things is that unless an ability outright says it can switch from positive to negative like this, it doesn't. It floors at zero.

Yes, with the way the rules work in this game, you cannot assume that something mechanical happens unless the rules say it happen, even if it would make sense for it to happen.

PS: Avoid critical fumble rules. They're kind of annoying. Especially if you have the kind of DM who insists you injure yourself every time you roll a 1.

By RAW, it doesn't.
By my personal preferences, it doesn't either, because I thoroughly detest critical failure rules.
