beezly 03-24-07, 12:41 AM	Hey, I was wondering, what do you guys think of, as a houserule, letting shifters use [shifter] feats as their fighter bonus feats, and/or letting them have a "shifter combat style" as a ranger and get a bonus shifter feat at 2nd, 6th and 11th level. I don't think shifting/shifter feats are that overpowered. Also, what do you think about this feat? Extra Shifting [General] You gain 2 extra use of shifting per day.
dunkeykong 03-24-07, 08:20 PM	feat sounds good, and you could make shifter sub levels for fighter that granted bonus shifter feats. i dont think it would unbalance the game.
Thanatose 04-05-07, 01:04 PM	well i came up with Fighter sub lvls for shifters D10 Hit dice Add Servivel to skills lvl 1 bab+1 fort+2 ref+0 will+0 Natural weapon focuse lvl 2 bab+2 fort+3 ref+0 will+0 bonuse shifter feat lvl 4 bab+4 fort+4 ref+1 will+1 Natural weapon spec Natural weapon focuse (shifter) Add +1 to attack roles with your natural weapons while shifting special this feat counts as weapon focuse for pre recs for feats and classes special you can not take weapon focuse for your natural attacks This replaces the bonuse feat at first lvl Bonuse shifter feat you get one shifter feat you meet the pre recs for Natural Weapon Spec(shifter/fighter) Add +2 damage to your Natural weapons while shifting Special This Feat counts as weapon spec for pre recs for feats and classes Special you can not take weapon spec for your natural weapons this replaces the bonuse feat at forth lvl also i came up with shifter Combat Styles for shifter Rangers you can only choose these stiles if you have the corasponding shifter trait at first lvl Long Tooth Lvl 2 combat style *Long Tooth Elite lvl 6 Improved combat style * great bite lvl 11 Master combat style * Imp Natural Attack Gore Brute lvl 2 Gore brute Elite lvl 6shifter ferosity lvl 11 Imp natural attack razer claw lvl 2 razer claw elite lvl 6 great bite lvl 11 imp natural attack beasthide lvl 2 beasthide elite lvl 6 healing facter lvl 11 shifter defence I have not been able to finish the other shifter traits yet any one give me any ideas?
Hideous Phidias 04-05-07, 04:32 PM	Ever look at the monk class for a shifter. It goes well with their fighting stile. And it get two bonus feat in the first two levels so you are free to your character feats for shifter feats or veven the monk bonus feats too.\ I would take the beasthide trait, the pick up the razorclaw trail at third.
