| Tobbebbot06-10-07, 08:01 AM | Hi. I am planning on running a campaign in Eberron, and I need some help finding a suitable class for one of my players. She said that she would like to play as a Warforged "Inspector Gadget". The only class that slightly resembles it is, as far as I know, the Artificier. If she plays the Artificier she could atleast make her own "Inspector Gadget" stuff. Anyone else know of any good classes that could make her resemble some kind of toolbox? |

You can use the infusion "spell storing item" to duplicate ANY spell (up to 4th level) so you can describe that as her having some sort of "gadget" within her body that does exactly what needs doing - just like Inspector Gadget. |

Really, an artificer with plenty of skills can do it. Inspector Gadget isn't known for his competence though, so consider Jack of All Trades [Comp. Adventurer], to allow you any skill check untrained... Just awesome... |

Try out Psion[shaper] who can create tons of items in a similar manner to conj(creation) spells and for a martial focus psychic warrior can can use call weapon/armor. The psion might work out better for a new player since you prep your list ahead of time. Shaper also gets UMD as a skill. |
