I've been looking, but i can't find out if the Warforged's HD increase from D10 to D12 applies to all levels or just the 3 levels that can be replaced for a Fighter. comments?

Either Races of Eberron printed a typo, or it's just for those substitution levels.

As a rule, Racial sustitution level changes only count for those 3 levels indicated in the books, in this case, Races of Eberron.

So, No, Warforged are not changed to d12 HD per level.

Would be kinda nice but I have to agree.

The D12 for hit points is only for the sub levels you take.

Thanks but i have one more question, how would a Warforged Juggernaught treat any gained levels as a Reforged?
I mean to say what abilities does he gain/lose?

One of the prerequisites for a WF juggernaut is the adamantine body feat. Since you lose this when you take reforged you essentially lose the prerequisites for juggernaut.

Warforged Juggernaught and Reforged are pretty much the opposite ends of the spectrum. Taking both just wouldn't make a lot of sense. If you have a player attempting that, I would speak to him and try to talk into one direction or the other. Like someone just mentioned, you need the Adamantine Body feat. I think as soon as you loose that, you'd loose most of your Juggernaught powers making those PrC levels a waste.

I've been of the opinion that if someone takes the juggernaut and reforged prestige classes on the same character then it's all a wash, he stays as he is. Either that or he loses the Warforged feats but doesn't really gain anything besides replacement feats.

Honestly though if a player is trying to do that sit that person down and talk to them (after trying to slap some sense into them of course ;) ). Ah well I haven't come across anyone crazy enough to try to do that with a character...yet.

I wasn't asking, I was dreading that more than anything else.

Can't we just say that the Warforged implodes, the DM smacks the player a couple of times, and we move on?

Yes, it says so in the text directly at the beginning of the chapter with the substitution levels (in Races of Eberron). Increased hit dice and skill points per level only count for the substitution levels.
