Why do you have unarmed body?
Thats pretty much a waste of a feat.

I have always found the Ninja class to be suspiciously weak. It only gets Sudden Strike damage when the enemy lacks a Dex bonus, and that sort of thing is difficult to arrange, where Flanking for Sneak Attack is very easy.

I can't find "Martial Stiker" or any variant that might make sense like "<artial Striker". What does it do and where did it come from?

The choice of Warhammers seems, well, dubious. First, Weapon Finesse does not work with Warhammers. Second, the penalties for a non-light off-hand weapon are severe. Now, maybe "Martial Stiker" fixes some of these, but I doubt it fixes both.

Two-weapon fighting and Sudden Strike do not work well together at all. You get Sudden Strike most frequently in a Surprise Round (no two-weapon fighting allowed), in the first round (two-weapon use only when you achieved surprise), or when you begin the round with the enemy unalbe to detect you (and even then, you only get Sudden Strike on the first attack of that round).

So, basically, the concept doesn't work well. I don't think there's much that could make it work, short of Ring of Invisibility or something else to make the enemy lose their Dex bonus frequently.

What is the reason that you are not doing much damage? Is it that you are having trouble applying your Sudden Strike? Is your DM's campaign full of undead and other creatures which are immune to the extra damage?

Try to get the jump on people when you fight. Even if an opponent is not flat-footed, they are still denied their Dexterity bonus (and thus vulnerable to sudden Strike) if they cannot see you when you attack them. Make your first attack from hiding.
After that, the best way to get to Sudden strike your opponent is to use your Ghost Step Ki ability. Bear in mind the Errata published that clarifies the ability: You are invisible for the entire round, so any attack you make during that round gets your extra Sudden Strike damage. Even Attacks of Opportunity.

Feinting is another way of getting Sudden Strike damage, but less effective.

Taking a level of scout is odd, but if it fits your concept fair enough. Using the skirmish ability does mean that you will not be able to get your two-weapon fighting off-hand attack though.

The nearest feat I can find to Martial Striker is Martial Stalker, which allows Fighter and Ninja levels to stack for certain class abilities. Is Martial Striker similar?

Unarmored body is unnecessary for a warforged unless you really want to be able to wear robes in the future. While it gives you an armour bonus, the basic Warforged composite plating does not actually count as armour for class abilities.
Unless your DM has houseruled that it does. (Which in my view is somewhat harsh, but its his game.)

Kreistor has pointed out some of the other oddities. Did your DM design the character for you? If not, you might want to ask him if you could reshuffle a few things. Replace the scout level with another level of Ninja, and perhaps have a think about your weapon and feat choices.

Okay, then that adds another useless feat.

On the Ninja side, you're only getting an effect out of MStalker every other level when you have only 1 Fighter level.

On the Fighter side, you haven't taken any Fighter feats, so that's gone unused.

So, basically, you're not making use of any of your feats. They are all going unused.

The fastest switch is to drop the Warhammers and dual-wield rapier and shortsword. You'll get use out of your Weapon Finesse and lose all the higher dual-wielding penalties in favour of smaller ones. You'll still have a problem making Sudden Strike work, but it's something you can do without DM approval.

I think he litterally mean a warforged scout as in the one out of the MM3 or 4 which makes him a small creature and is the weakest version of the warforged unless the DM allowed some tweaking like losing the movement drop or something. if this is the case and you are a 5th lvl character than I suggest asking the DM to drop all your feat except the WP finesse. If you kepp the martial stalker than change your classes to fighter 2 ninja 3 at least and change up the lvls as you go. if you are a scout 1 than drop that and make it fighter 3 ninja 3 and with your 4 feats go MS, WP finesse, improved feint, and whatever feat is required to take that feat. I don't have any books on me right now so i don't know what it is also if you have the complete scoundrel i would suggest taking some of the skill tricks in there. like the tumble check tricks.
