| Levism8407-23-07, 02:13 AM | I was looking through the Book of Vile Darkness for kicks, and came across the Soul Eater prestige class. In the type requirement for the class, it says “any living nonhumanoid (monstrous humanoid is acceptable).” A warforged is a construct with the living construct subtype, which technically makes it both living and a nonhumanoid. Am I right in thinking that a warforged could qualify for the Soul Eater prestige class? Just think about how terrifying it would be to have a warforged capable of dealing negative levels with a touch and gaining incredible physical boosts by draining people's souls. A truly evil and heartless creation of the god-forged if you ask me. Of course in order to qualify for the prestige class early on, you need to have a core class with a good base attack bonus, most probably fighter. This look okay? Any ideas for interesting core classes to help enhance some of the Soul Eater's other class abilities? ~Rain~ |
