Why wouldn't it work?
As long as you're using scrolls you made, there's no ASF, so thats not an issue. None of your class skills are affected by ACP. Adamantine Body is the ideal body feat for Warforged Meleeficers.

excellent ^_^ so wands, staffs ect.. dun have ASF? :PScrolls specifically say that Arcane Spell Failure is a factor (p. 238). Wands and staves do not say this.

So no, there is no ASF for activating a Wand or Staff.
And if you make scrolls as an Artificer, they are not considered to be Arcane, and hence will not have ASF. Basically, if you are making your own stuff, you will never have to worry about ASF.

*cough not proficient with Heavy armor cough*

Phew, glad I got that out of my throat. What's this thread about again? :P

Of course, the last time we had this argument was a looooong time ago, and for all I know, they've put this in some errata or FAQ somewhere and I am, definitely, wrong. In my coughing, I mean. Wrong. Yes.

Edit: Indeed, it is now part of ye olde 3.5 Main FAQ.

Does a warforged with the Adamantine Body feat need to have Heavy Armor Proficiency in order to avoid suffering penalties for wearing heavy armor?

No. The Adamantine Body feat resembles heavy armor in many ways, but it doesn’t require you to have any special proficiency.

Thus, the answer is, by all means, take the feat (though I think it's a bit strange / unfair to non-'Forged Artificers - and I love the 'Forged).

The proficiency thing was never an issue.
The body feats do not impose armor check penalties, so proficiency is not important, there is no ACP to apply to your rolls in the first place. :)

(read the unofficial guide. you should try IMing Radical Taoist about publishing it he'll tell u a place u can start)And I would likely get my ass sued off by WotC considering how much closed source game rule information is in that thing. :P

Anyway, if I were going to publish it, I would need to rewrite it. Again. Its up to boards standards, but not publishing standards.
