Hello all,
I was looking at the Zakya Rakshasa entrie in the ECS for a game I am running. I am stating out my own guy and one thing came to me. These guys are Native Outsiders, so what plane do they belong to? Every time they are talked about in the history of Eberron it's then on Eberron with there Raja masters. So why are they outsiders?

Native Outsiders (which is a rather unfortunate term) are creatures that are physically much like outsiders (the embodiment of an idea, concept, somesuch) who happen to be native to the Material plane. The Rakshasas of Eberron are native to the world, it is their home.

My rule is that while Rakshasa's and Night Hags are native outsiders they are native to Khyber. Essentially my rule is that if you cast Planar Banishment on a Rakshasa in Eberron it's banished deep into Khyber.

I was thinking of doing that same thing with a few things. I see Kyber as a plane itself, you can go down thousands of miles into it. But thanks, just wanted to get some other views.

I wouldn't call Khyber another plane, despite its impossible features and all of that. Rather I would call it a layer of the material plane.
