| heirodule06-06-07, 12:02 PM | I'm trying to make a Yuan-ti wrtechling encounter more interesting than the CR would indicate. I have 4-5 6th level PCs. I'm throwing them prone down a slide to a room with 6 wretchlings. (5hp each, alertness and WFin feats, weak poison bite). This seems like a pretty trivial encounter, and it should be somewhat, since EL 6 = APL 6. I'm thinking of swapping the alertness feat of the wretchling. three with combat reflexes, and some other variety of feats to make them interesting. Ideas? I wish there was a medium size version of swarmfighting. Any thoughts? Or just tactics? I could have the 2 leftover wretchlings Aid Another, which I suppose could help. |
