In the ECS they have an entry for Darkleaf, but I can't find how to apply the materials cost to armor in general. I'm trying to figure out how much Full Plate Darkleaf would cost.

So, the two examples.

Breastplate, increases 2500gp
Banded Mail, increases 3000gp

I'd say between 4500 and 5000 gp. For the Full plate I mean.

I'm mid move, so my materials are packed, that being said ...

I was fairly certain you could only make the example armor types, not anything else, and I believe that was very explicitly spelled out, but I've been wrong once or twice before.

Direct quote from page 120 of the Eberron Capaign Setting:
"Only Medium and Heavy armors normally made of metal can be constructed from darkleaf, and the most common forms are breastplates and banded mail."

So, BP's and Banded are the most common, and the statted examples, but any medium or heavy armor normally made of metal can be reproduced as darkleaf armor.

I would think however that the reason those two types are the most common is that they are made primarily from large pieces. I'm not really sure how'd you go about making darkleaf chainmail. I suppose an arguement could be made that the leaves could be entwined and woven together somehow, but why wouldn't they give an example if that were the case?

Full plate seems reasonable though. Keep in mind however that "Each suit of full plate must be individually fitted to its owner by a master armorsmith, although a captured suit can be resized to fit a new owner at a cost of 200 to 800 (2d4×100) gold pieces." And since we're talking an exotic item here (since it's not common, as pointed out above), I'd double the cost of resizing an existing suit, if it's even possible.
