I really like the Fullmetal Alchemist anime. Lately I have been thinking how sweet it would be to get a Warforges arm or leg grafted onto a character, if he/she lost a limb. How much would it cost, and is it even possible to graft a warforges limbs onto a human, or any other humanoid race?

In Faiths of Eberron it says you must have a donor or have a new part created.
But you lose some health depending on the graph and I wouldn't suggest having a dread necromancer go and blow off your right arm and left leg.

Also, Renegade Mastermaker from MoE. 'Upgrade' your body, including replacing on arm with a warforged arm.

Awhile back, Save-Vs-DM posted some stats for an item he dubbed the Cannith MPA (magical prosthetic arm) that was very similar to Ed's arm, complete with optional "swiftblade" enchantment.

I don't have the link on me at the moment, but you can try google searching for "Cannith MPA-1" and it should pop up.

Also, if you want to make a character like Ed it would actually be really easy to do just using the warlock.

Dragonmech is a setting produced by another company (Sword and Sorcery studios if memory serves).

You should be able to find at least one book from the series on clearance at your game store (I know I can)

Of course I definitely recommend checking with your GM to see if (s)he'd even consider using the material before you buy.
