Five Nations described Boranel as being level 8. This is due to the number being so high it caused a buffer overflow, the number going around and starting at zero again. How big the buffer was, nobody knows, due to King Boranel finding out.

Of course, in order to not draw undue attention to his greatness, he changed his physical form.

#163: Cyberpunk scholars believe that Mecha-Death (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/347501) is actually King Boranel in a Warforged vigilante-inspired phase. Of course, he holds back enough so that he doesn't kill everyone in a 50 mile radius instantly.
