I have done a breakdown of the adventure ideas presented in the ECS. In your opinion do you feel that these adventures can be done using only the mechanics of the core rulebooks (no additional player sourcebooks required)? Please note that I intentionally removed the Mournland.

Dungeon is running two back to back issues with no Eberron or Forgotten Realms content. The editors have a philosophy that heavily prefers generic (core only) mechanics. There is a thread with more info here:

http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=172739&page=1&pp=40

Eberron adventures selected for Dungeon generally center on the most eccentric aspects of the setting. I do not feel this is healthy for Dungeon or for Eberron as a setting. Paizo also relies on submissions. Paizo should use Eberron more often as a backdrop for some of their more generic submissions. What do you think?

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about, so I wouldn't be able to comment. Or... well.. I wouldn't be able to comment on the topic at hand. :P

You can't expect every adventure idea to need Eberron just because it's for Eberron. But only 20% being really Eberron specific is kind of bad.
