I was reading into the Magic of Eberron and something in there eluded to the dragonmark feats and got me thinking a character would actually get all of the abilities associated with the level of dragonmark he/she took. Can someone clarify this for me? Does the feat allow for one ability to be used or all of the abilities to be used according to degree of dragonmark? |
