04-03-06, 12:05 AM ...Am I the only one who looks at the world of Final Fantasy XII in these movies and thinks "My goodness, this could be Eberron!" when I watch the films?

Mind you, the airships shown in those movies seem more advanced.. ...Last War 2, perhaps?

I found a little bit silly the people fighting melee... I think that I you have heavy artillery on a battlefield the war will be a big WWI-style trench war.

I also imagine the last war being similar to the WWI... maybe soon we'll have a WWII...

04-03-06, 01:51 PM I think FFXII could work well from the cinemas I have seen but I'll reserve that judgement for once the game releases. I describe it as Final Fantasy 6 to my players right now.

04-03-06, 07:30 PM I only got to the first one, and the site was down for maintenance after that, but I have to say, I don't want to see anything like one of those fighter-jet thingies in Eberron. The other parts looked pretty nifty, though.

i describe the world in my real life players as seen in FF9... i like the way fantasy and fairy tale are combined in FF9' s environment (the only thing i liked about this game :/)
