Okay, I know this is stupid, but I'm playing Eberron in Play-by-Post, and don't have my book available to me. Can anyone remind me what the rule is for spending an action point on an attack or damage roll? It's 'Before the DM reveals the results, you can spend one action point to add 1d6 to your roll,' right?

Yup, any d20 roll you can add an AP to, as long as the DM hasn't told you "Hit/Miss/Pass/Fail".

its real fun to add an AP to an initiative roll, for those times when you need to go faster, and you rolled a 7 on INIT ><
