Save-vs-DM 10-15-05, 08:01 PM	Okay, I know that somehwere in my massive pile of books I read that a Lyrandar pilot can use his dragonmarks to produce spell effects through a helm of wind and water. I thought it was in the explorer's handbook, but can't seem to find it. Can any of you give me a page number and book to reference? Thanks! Cheerios! Save vs DM
